Vlado Ristevski

Vlado Ristevski joined the Concorde Group of Companies in May 1990. He began his career as an International Fares consultant before moving into Sales in 1993, where he held the position of Sales Executive. Three years later he progressed to Agency Sales Manager responsible for Agency Sales across Victoria and Tasmania. Prior to his current position of State Manager VIC/TAS Vlado held the position of Business Development Manager. Vlado has been involved in many aspects of Air Tickets Wholesaling and has a very sound understanding across all components of the business.

Gloria Minieri

Gloria Minieri has worked with Concorde since 2001. She was originally employed for ticketing nationally for corporate agents. She eventually was moved to a role involving only Victorian/Tasmanian Agents for domestic/international ticketing where she also dealt with reissues. This position helped her to develop great relationships with the agents. A year ago she was rewarded with a promotion as ticketing team leader and 2IC and she was moved to a role involving ticketing and telesales for corporate agents. In August of this year she was promoted to her current position of Customer Service Manager. Gloria has a great multi skilled and enthusiastic team that she is delighted to work with every day.

Business Development Manager VIC - Fabricio Leiva

Fabricio Leiva

Fab joined Concorde in the fares department in 1995 and after 5 years went on to Grading/Ticketing for 2 years. Fab then progressed into a BDM role which he has held for the last three years. He also completed a Tourism Diploma in 1989.

Business Development Manager - Nick Pearson

Nick Pearson

Nick has been with Transonic for 5 years starting with Qantas Vacations in North America in reservations and moved in to Product. Due to visa restraints he moved back to Melbourne, studying his fares and ticketing and joined the Concorde Sales team! Nick holds a Bachelor of Management (Human Resource management) Major in tourism and is an avid Crows supporter and likes socializing with friends over a few beers!

John Zhang

John Zhang has been in the travel industry for 12 years and joined Concorde nearly 10 years ago. He is currently Business Development Manager with a focus on the Asian market. John holds a Bachelor Degree of Science, a Diploma of translating and interpreting and an IATA/UFTAA Standard Diploma.

Vito Giudice

Vito comes from a finance background, where he holds his Associate Diploma of Accounting. He began his career with Concorde in 1997 in the accounting department, holding various positions within the before being promoted to National Accounts Supervisor in 2000. After 7 years in finance he decided to move on to sales, with a traineeship in fares and ticketing for two years he has now joined the Sales team as a Business Development Manager.

Business Development Manager - Anna Bruce

Anna Bruce

Anna Bruce joined the Concorde group of companies in Feb 2001 as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager of Sales Australia. In 2003 she moved into the National Operations department undertaking the National Sales Support role. Anna has been an integral part of the Sales and Marketing teams for the past 5 years. In 2007 she was appointed Business Development Manager for VIC/TAS.
