| Alex Frau |
Alex Frau started with Concorde International in 1998, as a Credit Control Officer for our Melbourne office. In 2001 during the merge of our credit departments to a national body, Alex was appointed as the Credit Control Team Leader for New South Wales and Canberra, after some outstanding achievements he was further promoted in 2004 to his current position of National Credit Control Supervisor. Alex has a background in accounting.

| Margaret Lawrey |
Margaret Lawrey started with Concorde International in 1998, in the Victorian Refunds Department. After three months she took on the role of Credit Control Officer collecting for the Traveland accounts. This was a role that she really enjoyed as she developed a fantastic relationship with most of her agents, allowing her to have some fun along the way. When the Traveland agents ceased trading she took on an administrative role within the department. In March 2003 an opportunity arose and she was offered the position of Credit Control Team Leader for Victoria and South Australia.

| Maria Cannata |
Maria started with World Aviation in 1996, within the accounts area, dealing with tickets costing, remit values, refunds as well as the reconciliation of the various Airline accounts. In June 2001 Maria moved to Concorde International credit control department, briefly looking after a set of Victorian accounts, she later moved to group agents for Queensland and Western Australia. In August 2005 an opportunity arose and Maria was promoted to her current position of Credit Control Team Leader for Queensland/Western Australia. Maria brought a wealth of knowledge having previously worked for Australian Airlines and Qantas for 10 years in various roles.

| Claire Khalifeh |
Claire joined Concorde International in 1989 after 9 years with British Airways. Using her expertise from British Airways, Claire started in Fares & Ticketing and in 2001, with the centralisation of our ticketing area, Claire was promoted to Customer Service Manager for Melbourne. In 2004 Claire was appointed to the challenging role of National Net Remit BSP Co-ordinator. The role involves managing the net remit and BSP requirements for Concorde International.

| David Zahra |
After successfully completing a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree, David started his career with Metro Travel in June of 1995, where he was initially hired as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. In 1997, he was promoted to National Accounts Supervisor, a position which he held until the full merger of Concorde International and Metro Travel in 2003. Since then, David has held the National BSP Supervisor role, which has him overseeing & investigating BSP Billing Discrepancies, Communications with IATA & Airlines, and Bank Reconciliation Reporting.

| Joe Rottura |
Joe Rottura began his career in the travel industry in 1996 in the Accounts/Refunds Department for Melbourne. He then moved into the Ticketing and Distribution areas before taking up the role of National Refunds Supervisor. He also co-ordinates the companies couriers and building maintenance items. Joe worked for the ANZ bank for 30 years before joining Concorde.
