Marketing Manager

Paul Hollingshead
Paul began his career in travel in 1992, after arriving from the UK in 1991. He joined Concorde in 1995, and started out in the telesales department in NSW. The following year he was promoted to the role of agency sales supervisor, which he maintained until a move into the NSW sales department in 1998. In 2000, he was appointed as the National Accounts Manager, working with in the head office marketing department, managing the relationships with our key retail clients. In 2004, Paul was promoted to National Airline Manager, overseeing the relationships and contracting with our key airline partners. Paul was promoted to State Manager NSW &ACT in 2006, and then Marketing Manager in 2007.

Supplier Relations Manager - Airlines

Martin Delcanho
Martin joined Concorde from World Aviation Systems in 2002, after 23 years working in the travel and aviation marketing industries in Perth, Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York. Returning from the USA in 1997, Martin was Marketing and Promotions Manager at Festival Mushroom Records in Sydney prior to joining the Transonic Group. He has experience in many facets of the travel business, ranging from retail to wholesale reservations and product development to airline and resort marketing. Martin now oversees Concorde's commercial relationships with several airline partners.

Product Development Manager

Steve Thiele
Prior to his current tenure of more than 10 years with Concorde Steve held various positions in the industry over a period of 20 years, including roles in a domestic airline, retail agency, and travel publishing. His current position in Marketing includes pricing, product development and management of the award-winning SmartFares data-base content, and a secondary role managing commercial relations with a portfolio of international airlines.

Tonia Garabedian
Tonia began her career in the travel industry in 1982 gaining experience in both the wholesale and retail sectors. Tonia joined Concorde International Travel in 1986 in the retail area and moved into Consolidation to eventually become the Manager for NSW. This was a very exciting and challenging role which saw the company expand and experience many changes. Tonia has since had various roles in the company and is currently employed as Pricing and Product Development Executive in the Head Office Marketing Department in Sydney.

Colleen Christie
Colleen joined Concorde in 2002, as part of the dispatch team. From there she progressed through to telephone sales and then into ticketing where she developed an in depth knowledge of fares. In 2006 she moved into Product and Pricing Development and is now very excited to be part of the Marketing team holding the position of Incentives and Promotions Coordinator.

Anunta Pobsap
Anunta joined Concorde in November 2003 as part of SmartFares data entry team and has gained a strong background in the SmartFares product. Prior to her joining Concorde, Anunta worked in meetings and incentives for 4 years. Anunta moved on into an Operation Support role where she was responsible for all aspects of SmartFares reporting for the business in addition to assisting our sales and ticketing teams with agent access and other SmartFares related technical problems. Anunta is delighted to be joining the Concorde Marketing team in 2007.
