Previously she was General Manager Marketing responsible for Concorde’s Airline contracting, Pricing and Smart Fares. Prior to taking this position up in January 2005, Kaylene was Manager Commercial Strategies and Development for the award winning Smart Fares division. It was here Kaylene got involved with electronic fare distribution systems and Internet Booking Engine technology and development. Prior to this Kaylene spent 2 years in New York as Director of Pricing and Operations for Air Tickets, having also spent some time in their Los Angeles office as well before heading home to Australia. Kaylene also spent 2 years working for British Airways in London and various offices throughout the UK. Kaylene commenced her travel career with Concorde in 1989 as a ticketor, progressing on to Ticket office Supervisor and then Sales Executive QLD in the 6 years Kaylene spent in our Brisbane office.

| Peter Egglestone |
Peter has been with the Concorde group since 1999 and has specialized in consolidation finance. Since 1999, Peter has worked as the Corporate Accountant for both Metro Travel and Concorde International Travel before being appointed as Financial Controller for Concorde in 2003. Peter has previously worked in finance and operational roles in inbound, wholesale and corporate retail travel here and in South Africa.

Ann joined Concorde in April 2004. Her travel experience spans more than 3 decades, during this time Ann has worked her way up from a retail travel consultant to hold senior and executive management positions in two of the industries major retail travel chains in roles encompassing retail operations, franchising, national Call Centres and project management.

| Annette Stin |
Annette has been with Concorde for over 10 years, during this time Annette has worked as a Senior Ticketer and Preferred Telesales consultant moving onto to a Supervisory then Management position at both Concorde and Metro Travel. During her time at both companies Annette was often involved in staff training which has led to Annette becoming National Training Manager for Concorde Travel a position she has held since it’s conception in July 2004.

Zoran Panzich joined the Concorde Group of Companies in May 2000 as the State Manager of Metro Travel. Zoran brings the Concorde Group 10 years of experience in varied roles such as retail sales, wholesale reservations and consolidation business development. Zoran's role in the last 5 years has focused mainly on Sales & Marketing.

| Dijana 'Di' Mufic |
Dijana Mufic began her career in the Travel Industry in 1989, as a junior accounts clerk at Metro Travel. During her time with Metro she has undertaken various positions in Sales/Marketing/IT and Operations departments. Reporting directly to the Managing Director at Concorde, Dijana is responsible for design and development of various processes and models being utilised within Concorde International. At the same time, Dijana's role requires a strong relationship with the IT department and other departmental managers within the group, to ensure the tools and programs used are the most capable and appropriate systems with which to promote the highest level of productivity.

|
Simone began her career in travel in 1995, with National World Travel Ticket Centre. She joined Concorde in 1997, and started out in the telesales department in NSW. Simone moved on from Telesales to the role of BSP Co-Ordinator, NSW. In 2001, Simone was promoted to National BSP Co-Ordinator for Concorde and Metro Travel. In 2004, Simone moved to Harvey World Travel where she was responsible for the creating, building and maintaining the National In-house Ticket Centre for the Harvey World Travel Group. Today, Simone's role of National Ticketing Operations Role for Stella Air Product division, encompasses the Operations of all Ticket Centres for Stella Travel including Harvey World Travel, Travelscene American Express and Concorde International Travel.
