Adam’s career most recently spans 13 years with Qantas Airways, based in Sydney. Within the airline, Adam’s experience largely concentrated on sales & distribution as Industry Account Manager within NSW Industry Sales, Manager Strategy & Planning within Industry & Leisure Sales, Market Development Manager within Australia Sales, A/Revenue Planning & Pricing Manger within Australia Sales and Business Manager within Qantas Business Travel. Adam joined Concorde in 2007 as Manager NSW/ACT, responsible for the business development team, contact centre and principle partner & client relationships.

Greg has worked in the Travel Industry since 1994. This includes experience in both airlines and ticket wholesale. He joined Concorde in 1996 as a member of the Despatch Team and has worked his way though various roles and currently is the CSM for NSW/ACT, based in Sydney.

Arthur began his travel career with United Airlines where he was employed for 4 years. He began in the Reservations department and progressed to an Airport Customer service role and finally became an Account Manager in the sales department. Arthur then moved into a customer service role in a wholesale Travel Agency, but decided he wanted to pursue his career in sales and joined Concorde in September 2005.

Rachael began her career in the travel industry 18 years ago with a small wholesaler. Five years later, she joined Concorde in the consolidation department and since then has moved through the company to become a Business Development Manager based in Sydney. As well as working for Concorde in Sydney, Rachael has also worked for Concorde in Perth and Los Angeles. She now looks after the JTW group and HWT.

Mary Joined Concorde in May 2000 as part of the NSW dispatch team. She then progressed into the telephone sales / ticketing department. In 2003 Mary moved into the Concorde Marketing department as the Pricing and Product Development executive; here she has gained an in-depth knowledge of fares and is now excited to be joining the NSW sales team in 2007.
