| Frank Gatta |
Frank Gatta joined the Concorde Group in November 2003 as Manager for South Australia and the Northern Territory. Frank has been involved in the travel industry for over 30 years, with experience in retail, wholesale, consolidation, airline and franchise markets. Prior to his current position Frank was Manager SA/NT for Harvey World Travel. He has completed the Certificate of Travel Operations and the Business Certificate Marketing at TAFE. Lectured at TAFE in Fares & Ticketing and Marketing.

Jean-Paul has been with Concorde for over 10 years. He started out as the office junior, manually inputting fare sheets. Jean-Paul worked his way up through domestic ticketing to international ticketing to his current position of Customer Service Manager which he has held for 2 years. Jean-Paul is very proud of the team that he works with in Adelaide. He likes sports and dance music.
