Michelle joined Concorde in 1993 as a junior in despatch and worked her way through Consolidation to the position of Operations Supervisor. From Consolidation she then moved into the Net Remit department as Supervisor then Operations Manager of Net Remit. Her next move was into SmartFares as Supervisor and then Customer Service Manager. With the integration of Harvey World Travel and Travelscene she then became the Pricing and Distribution of Stella Travel Services a new position she has held since July 2007.

Koula has been in the Travel Industry since 1987 starting in retail and then joining Traveland Consolidation Group. Moving from there in to sales with Air New Zealand / Traveland and back into Consolidation setting up Net Remit Ticketing for Traveland. She then moved to Jetset Travelworld and set up a Help Desk Ticketing for the group and then joined Concorde in the Smart Fares department. Currently Smart Ticket Supervisor for Smart Tickets.
