Jenny Vos started her Travel Industry career in 1986 and has been with Concorde since March 2007. Prior to Concorde, Jenny was the WA Sales Executive for Qantas for 6 years. She previously held positions in various areas of the travel industry in retail & corporate roles. Jenny holds Diplomas in Travel & Tourism and Hotel Catering and Management.

Melissa Abbott joined the Concorde Group of Companies in October 1997 in the Accounts Department. Melissa has had varied roles within the Concorde Group of Companies such as Accounts Clerk (looking after Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and BSP), International Fares and Ticketing Consultant and Customer Service Manager where Melissa has currently held the position for 2 years.
