To apply to Open a Credit Account with Concorde you need to:
1. Download Credit Account Application in Adobe Acrobat format, print and complete the forms.
Please note, the forms can be filled in on screen using Adobe Acrobat and then printed for the completion of signatures.
2. Provide copies of Travel Agents Licence and Travel Compensation Fund Membership.
3. The original completed forms and documents should be mailed to:

A credit account can only be opened once original signed documents and copies of Travel Agents Licence and Travel Compensation Fund Membership have been received by Concorde.
Applications will take approximately 4 days to be processed. Your local Concorde Business Development Manager will advise you by phone when the account is active and will issue you with a Concorde SmartFares Username and Password.
